Phenolamine mesylate is an organic compound with molecular formula C18H23N3O4S and molecular weight of 377.458. It is white or beige powder.
This product is an α-receptor blocker. By blocking α-receptor and indirectly stimulating β-receptor, it can rapidly dilate peripheral blood vessels, significantly reduce peripheral vascular resistance, increase peripheral blood volume, and improve microcirculation. This product can excite the heart, increase the contractility of myocardium, speed up the heart rate and increase the output of the heart.
